Email sending should be fixed.

If you've been having trouble sending or receiving emails generated by the forum, it should be fixed now. It turns out that a minor mailserver misconfiguration was causing the problem, causing my server to get put on a blacklist. If you have sent forum emails recently and haven't received a response, try sending them again. If you have recently requested a new account on the forum, please contact me and I'll manually approve your account if you haven't received your confirmation email.
