I woke up the other morning and I had the crazy idea of making a Twitter account for Jonathan, chronicling his life from when he first discovers his new intelligence at NIMH.

After several days of debating it, I don't think NIMH fans are going to magically find this thanks to the wonders of teh interwebz, so I'm linking to it anyway. I doubt following Bluth will be enough to get any attention. You can't always rely on the internet to make you popular without showing it to somebody, I guess.

I make it a point to not read much fanfiction so as to not let them influence my own ideas, so if there's ever anything in this that resembles someone else's work... trust me, it's just a coincidence.

I think it's pretty good so far. An interesting look at the challenges Jonathan had to face while escaping NIMH, and provides a good background if you were to write a fan fiction one day concentrating on his escape.

Also, you don't need to worry about your ideas relating to mine in any way whatsoever.

Just checked it out. Very funny stuff, and nicely cryptic in places (what's with the chisel?). When'll he meet the missus?

I happened to notice the elaborate carvings in the Brisby home and decided to make Jonathan a woodcarver.

You should do one for Mrs. Brisby.

I dunno, she probably wouldn't even know what a computer is. She's just barely literate.
