Still, I agree with the sentiment, although I'd be willing to bet they required a certain number of reviews attached to the movie in order to be considered for the list. I noticed that the list seemed to be biased towards already well known or newer films.
At least Iron Giant is there. n.n

Huh. I guess a new reviewer popped in and dubbed it down. I also wonder what their requirements are for these things. When they had a Top 100 Greatest Sci-Fi Hits list they listed Planet of the Apes (original) even though it only had a 29% approval rating (at the time, don't know what it is now).

The list do seem to do that quite often, but I thought they paid a fair amount of tribute to a bit of the oldies. After all, their countdowns always included a bit of 'todays' films as well. I was surprised to see Watership Down in there. Rarely see that movie mentioned. And yeah, good to see Iron Giant on at least SOMETHING too. ^^ I was a bit disappointed at #1. (My bet kept with Wall-E. >.>)
