Annoyance. -.-

So, I've been running my RPG forum for a while now. Just one problem: All anybody on there is interested in is NIMH, and I'm really sick of it. I'm burnt out on NIMH and have had enough, but nobody wants to try anything else. I'm tempted to just shut NIMH down, except that would probably kill the RPG completely.

So here's a question: What do I do? Do I try and get people interested in something else? Do I shut the NIMH RP down? Do I change the NIMH world so I can at least tolerate it? Or do I just give in and do what everyone else does - play bloody NIMH characters and nothing else? I'm really frustrated here. I honestly don't know why I even bother creating new stories any more.

This may sound tired and cliched, but my answer to you would be to not give up. If you really believe that what you are trying to do is something positive, something that just might benefit those that you are trying to involve in your world, then by all means keep at it. BTW, I really cannot think of anyone here in the NIMH community that is of one single mind and can think of nothing else but NIMH. Indeed I would like to think of us as being quite multi-facetted in our interest in the artform of animation as a whole as opposed to being interested in just one style of animation or one particular movie for that matter. It is for this reason that I would urge you not to give up.
