Hey folks, keeping this hard edged and to the point.
If we're going to get rooms close to each other for all the NIMH fans attending MFM at the Holiday Inn the con is held in we need a head count of how many people ARE or ARE NOT coming for CERTAIN. If you have not posted or expressed interest in attending elsewhere, be it here or on the muck, you don't need to post a yes/no here. Keep in mind you will be paying an even split share of the room on a per-room basis. I'll see about posting room parings in advance if splitting rooms goes as planned.
We need an accurate head count . If you're 'maybe' coming or 'thinking' of coming, post in the other sticky thread on MFM found

If you are coming to MFM for sure, and interested in having a pre-booked room in a block of room(s) together with other NIMH folks, and/or want to arrange a room split with other NIMH Folks in such a manner post here. Copy and paste the questions/statements below and fill out to make it easy for us to do a head count.
PLEASE NOTE:
Should all go according to plan, and a block of rooms be reserved, those looking to make use of them I will request some sort of down payment on each individuals share of the room be made. How much is up for debate. Keep this in mind, as I feel this is necessary to have a reasonable firm confirmation that you are going to attend, and helps rule out those who might say yes, but have reasonable doubt.
In the past rooms have been booked, and people not shown leaving us with room fees owing, but not being used by as many people as expected. It's only fair for those who -do- attend.

Okay, I posted this thread some time ago and so far we have four confirmed YES attendees? I thought there was more than this? Is the word getting out about this thread? I'm using this as the -official- head count people. Unless you are making arrangements for rooming on your own, and know for sure you're attending, you better post here if you intend to get a 'group rate' upon arrival at the con. This includes if you're carpooling with others already in this list, or making your own arrangements for travel.
