School's out today and I will be moving on to 7th grade. Anyone else getting out of school?

Wow, Cali kids get out of school way later than the ones here in Texas. That's amazing to consider, for me anyway. o_o
Well, my choice was "get a part-time job," but, of course, there'll be more to it than that. My summers tend toward being so much busier than my school semesters, oddly enough. Mm, the drawing possiblities though... What else do you plan on doing? And how dies it feel moving on to the eighth grade? I guess that means one more year until high-school. Excited? I'm in college, so the stakes and claims are a bit different, but the layout is still similar.

I'm going to seventh grade and I had just decided where/what I'm doing. I just ordered Don Bluth's Art of Animation Drawing. So I'm going to be drawing when i go on vacation.

As for spending more time on the forums , save your selfes and flee !!, kidding, will we see much more??, I will not get out of school this time if ever,, School is a bad memory, but a plus,.. In 2 to5 years I can retire, no job, pay me, not sure I can take that. :?

Unfortunatally for me, i will be STARTING class here in about two weeks (one of the drawbacks to college.) Hopefully i will have enough time to still do some stuff, but i don't know yet.

Being a university animation student the closest thing on there to spending my summer (which started 3 weeks ago and ends on September 25th) is "Drawing artwork...", as I'll be making short animated films. I may even try to make a NIMH related one (though not fringe on copyright, I don't want to get sued afterall! :roll: )

I've been meaning to get my drivers license this summer, but so far I ended up laying around the house, geeking around on the internet and reading the rest of my sci-fi novels. Plus, I got a letter in the mail from my school saying I need to take summer classes for a couple of days to pass the TAKS tests I failed(apparently I only passed English, almost got History though), so I have to gear-up for those sometime in July.
I feel like such a waist sometimes. :(
I may even try to make a NIMH related one (though not fringe on copyright, I don't want to get sued afterall! )
Bah, they're not going to bust you for doing fan-work, just as long as you put a copyright notice on it or explain that you don't own it. People do it all the time on Devian Art, there's no need to worry.

I should be so lucky. I'm finishing up my second full week of school (10th day). And up until yesterday, it was pretty good. Surprisingly, I'm taking precalculus and haven't had any troubles...yet. I've currently got an A average in all of my classes, precal included. But I'm trying to keep myself ready for the worst. I'm going to keep myself going with the knowledge that this is my last year in high school. Then next year, I'm off to college!
