Mark "Desert Mouse" Sayer

It comes with great remorse that an avid animation fanatic, NIMH fan, and Thorn Valley regular, Desert Mouse is no longer with us... Source from the Daily Journal[=http://www.dailyjournal.net/view/obit/8976/]Daily Journal.
I remember Mark as a member who always had something positive to say and would share the most interesting articles he found with others. I have never read anything negative he had to say about anyone. He was the first user to greet me in my introduction thread here at Thorn Valley. Mark supported me throughout the creation of my NIMH fan-site and forum and even linked my website to his. When I had the first NIMH Lodge running, he was the first to register and post on the board. I made him a moderator and he held his position with interest, although there was never a problem on the forum. (I still thank him for it of course!) I'll miss Mark a whole lot; he was one of the greatest contributors and regulars to The Secret of NIMH Fandom.
Rest in peace, Mark. Please shine some light on us from time to time!
